Messi had the most shots on target. Check the rating for the 18-year goalie there - he was tremendous. It could easily have been 7-0 or 8-0. Out of 21 shots, there were 22 shots by Barcelona yet again, but 13 were on target. Some of them were saved like a Superman by the young guy!
Those saying Messi has been scoring penalties off late, they are right. But he also has a couple of Motm awards even when he is not able to finish them as before. It might be soon he will manage his goals. He is getting dispossessed too often though and there is no effective double pivot who are managing to recover the balls as before. It is stupid to put Busquets on starting lineup. Not utilizing Puig is a huge mistake too.
I am concerned about Koeman tactics though with the defense leaky as anything. The through balls were mediocre from Kyiv yet created dangerous chances. Without Ter Stegen, Barca could have lost or at least drawn today.
@spectre08 , go check the ALL-TIME stats. Ronaldo still is well ahead in terms of penalties. No wonder the nickname Penaldo will always stick better than Pessi. ;-)
What?! There's a huge list of missing players from Dynamo Kyiv...I don't know how many players are key players, but there must be many amongst them because it's a total of 14!
