Scotland vs Greece Team News

Ryan Christie returns having served a ban, but he may have to settle for a spot on the bench for Sunday's return leg against Greece. Steve Clarke oversaw a 1-0 win at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium on Thursday night and he could be tempted to name an unchanged XI here. That would see Lewis Ferguson start from the left wing in a 4-2-3-1 setup.

With no injury concerns following Thursday's first leg loss to Scotland, it remains to be seen whether Ivan Jovanovic will make sweeping changes to his XI. That said, he may bring Vangelis Pavlidis into the side to lead the charge at the expense of Fotis Ioannidis as the focal point of the Greece attack. Konstantinos Karetsas replaced Giorgos Masouras for the second half on Thursday and the former could also start here. Jovanovic will be forced into one change as Manolis Siopis is suspended, with Christos Zafeiris set to deputise.

Scotland vs Greece Score Prediction

Scotland sprung a surprise to claim a 1-0 win in Greece on Thursday night as Scott McTominay's first half penalty proved the difference. The Tartan Army held firm to secure victory and will feel confident about finishing the job on Sunday evening. Greece, despite their first leg defeat, are not to be underestimated, however, as they make the trip to Scotland on a four-game away winning run, which includes victories in Ireland and England.

The pair may play out a stalemate this weekend, which will be enough for Scotland to secure promotion to League A.
