I am not Man City fan, but I noticed any time Arsenal loses any game fans blame refs and match officials. Does it mean Arsenal cannot lose games. I told them
It was too early to decide who wins title. Even at the moment no one can precisely determine who will win. 15 or more games to go, players are overwhelmed and injuries here and there. After next 10 games we can then begin to know who will win.
@conan
Arsenal's weakness is not being from Manchester. We've now lost to both Manchester clubs. On both occasions the ref was from Manchester. Funny that!
@Byakuya
Now he was sad that it wasn't like the old days before Man City started spending billions to buy trophies and were total garbage. You remember, in the days before you and 90% of City fans had any interest in the club.
@Mikey1971 "you and 90% of City fans" tf? Some of you guys love jumping into conclusion without knowing anything, you could simply click on my name before making yourself ridiculous.
@andrew7taylor "without me ever implying that" Coming from someone who've replied on a comment to defend Liverpool for hours, either should be a Liverpool fan or a United hater. Anyone can see that after reading those comments, far from a mere accusation. My profile clearly shows who I support, not ashamed of my club unlike you so there's no place for any implications already. Totally different situation here as also not even defending City, just a natural comment about a fan.
@Byakuya - That's your thought process, not mine. I never said or hinted I was a Liverpool fan, if you think only they can say anything about them, that's your problem. I wasn't defending Liverpool, I was shining a light on reality which you tried to reinvent for hours instead of facing it. "Some of you guys love jumping into conclusions without knowing anything, you could click on my name before making yourself ridiculous" Oh boy, there's never been such a fitting Freudian slip...
@Marbella
lmao. More like Gabriel's jaw cracked as a result of Haaland's thuggery and the fact that two of our losses this season have come against Manchester clubs when reffed by someone from Manchester. No coincidence there!
I'm still yet to know the criteria for your ratings. Arsenal have more goal attempts, more ball possession, more successful pass percentage and yet you rate them considerably lower.
@Ezechi only 1 shot on target while City already had 5. City also have more dribbles, more tackles, and won more aerial duels. Even if Arsenal have more possession, City still have more key passes. It's not really that strange. We're no longer in an era where more possession % means the better team.
@Socio4Life they are the ones I'm asking.... Though that was before the second goal. Even in the first half when Arsenal was clearly on top, it wasn't reflecting on their ratings.
@Mikey1971 Controversial, Mikey, controversial. I remember pre-V.A.R. how all the Premiership Managers were SCREAMING for it (including Guardiola!), "We want V.A.R! We want V.A.R!" Again, I'm getting a bit boring but it's a case of be careful what you wish for. I don't hear Guardiola singing the praises of V.A.R. so much, these days.
@RichieRochdale The more important is which team will finish second bellow city? City hardest match in the remaining fixtures is probably away to Brighton.
@Marbella Fair comment, Marbella. Frankly, I think that Arsenal will bottle it in the Title Race and I'm all in on a City Win, tonight. Also, from a football point of view, I think that this bogus investigation into City's financial affairs gives Guardiola and his Team a point to prove on the pitch (which might have been sadly lacking, previously?).
@RichieRochdale explain why it’s all bogus without using the argument that it’s “political”. Can you actually explain how man city are innocent? To all of the 100 or so charges?
@normal_fan99 I can't give you any other argument than the "political" one. We all know that Football is an utterly corrupt and dirty business. These Clubs all pointing their fingers at City; they should be careful what they wish for. I, for one, welcome such in-depth investigation into the financial dealings of United, Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal, etc. etc.
@RichieRochdale Ok that’s a good take. I was gonna say, football like all things is absolutely gross in its politics and corruption, there’s no doubt it’s involved with this situation. But the truth very well still might be that city are guilty. You can call it bogus because of the underlying politics but the charges are real and are rooted in a different problem altogether. I’d like to see both eradicated from the game.
Just to much value on City given both clubs form, i wouldn't be surprised if the match comes to soon for Haaland he was complaining about his knee last match before coming off. Expecting Foden in for Grealish as Jack seems to be on a decline. I think Arsenal will be desperate to not go behind and need to find a quick start. Still can't go against City at + odds.
There is no better time to play City than now. City are not as deadly as they've been over the past few seasons and Arsenal isn't as diabolic as they were in the previous clashes. The referees worries me though because when Arsenal dropped points against Man Utd, Newcastle and Brentford, they were denied legitimate goals, clear penalty and opponent given offside goal and all those decisions have directly benefitted Man City. The referee is Anton Taylor and usually, he's the reliable referee but now no one has control of who's in the VAR. Arsenal need to start strong, get the ball to Saka and the crowd must be at their best.
This won’t be a tight game. Arsenal can beat City and City can beat Arsenal. I think given current state of affairs at Arsenal with the last 3 games being 2 losses and a draw on the spin and referee blunder against Brentford it demoralises the team. But City have bigger issues with the turmoil at the club. If Arsenal win here they will be 6 points clear. If City win they will be top of the table. If Arsenal draw then a serious momentum is required. Arsenal are off right now. City are dangerous. As an Arsenal fan I’m not too sure about this. I’d take a draw. I believe City are coming to get all 3 points on Wednesday night.
@Marbella it is no matter because he is so week against top teams . Last thre matches he got no shots at all even not on target and only 4 contacts with ball.
I am not Man City fan, but I noticed any time Arsenal loses any game fans blame refs and match officials. Does it mean Arsenal cannot lose games. I told them It was too early to decide who wins title. Even at the moment no one can precisely determine who will win. 15 or more games to go, players are overwhelmed and injuries here and there. @COACHIE City's Title to throw away, Coachie.
@RichieRochdale Actually, it's still Arsenal's to throw away. They have a game in hand and can go 3 points ahead again.
@Sputnik More than the mathematics, I would venture that it's the psychological effect of the result?
@RichieRochdale See what I meant? You win the title against the small teams, not against the Top 6.
Arsenal weakness spot in defend is jorginho especially in 2 goal late, arteta should'nt play him
@conan Arsenal's weakness is not being from Manchester. We've now lost to both Manchester clubs. On both occasions the ref was from Manchester. Funny that!
@Mikey1971 The refs obviously helped you a lot against City, but you still lost decisively. You are funny indeed.
YEAH BUDDY! Finally Baldie proves he's not a fraud!
@GioMonaldo By beating Arsenal, really? He proved it long ago by winning the sextuple with Barcelona.
Arsenals last 3 games have been terrible.
KDB made the difference tonight and should have started the last game.
An Arsenal fan was crying on stands just a minute before City's second goal if you noticed, the guy literally felt what's coming.
@Byakuya Now he was sad that it wasn't like the old days before Man City started spending billions to buy trophies and were total garbage. You remember, in the days before you and 90% of City fans had any interest in the club.
@Mikey1971 "you and 90% of City fans" tf? Some of you guys love jumping into conclusion without knowing anything, you could simply click on my name before making yourself ridiculous.
@Byakuya - It's a bit funny coming from you. You accused me of being a Liverpool fan last week without me ever implying that.
@andrew7taylor "without me ever implying that" Coming from someone who've replied on a comment to defend Liverpool for hours, either should be a Liverpool fan or a United hater. Anyone can see that after reading those comments, far from a mere accusation. Goals were never in doubt especially with these 2 very attacking sides.
Arsenal have cracked under pressure lmao Bottled it.
@Marbella lmao. More like Gabriel's jaw cracked as a result of Haaland's thuggery and the fact that two of our losses this season have come against Manchester clubs when reffed by someone from Manchester. No coincidence there!
Was the assist not Haalands? Gundogan missed the ball?
I'm still yet to know the criteria for your ratings. Arsenal have more goal attempts, more ball possession, more successful pass percentage and yet you rate them considerably lower.
@Ezechi all players get automatically downgraded after they concede
@uumaati no
@Ezechi only 1 shot on target while City already had 5. City also have more dribbles, more tackles, and won more aerial duels. Even if Arsenal have more possession, City still have more key passes. It's not really that strange. We're no longer in an era where more possession % means the better team.
@vieri were we ever?
@vieri go back to first half statistics again and see for yourself. Arsenal was better in all round. City was only better in dribbles and aerial duel
@Ezechi it's OPTA who are collecting the data, go ask them
@Socio4Life they are the ones I'm asking.... Though that was before the second goal. Even in the first half when Arsenal was clearly on top, it wasn't reflecting on their ratings.
Why is this game being played mid-week opposite the champions league? Terrible scheduling.
@Telly because of a world cup held at the worst place possible in the middle of the season leaving no room for normal schedulings
Over 4.5 yellow cards
@buthethi great play
Over 2.5 goals in the game all day long :)
2:2
1-0
Okay, so this nothing to do with gambling but, may I ask, is this the match that decides the Title? I think it is.
@RichieRochdale "is this the match that decides the Title?" No, referees decide who wins the title.
@Mikey1971 Controversial, Mikey, controversial. I remember pre-V.A.R. how all the Premiership Managers were SCREAMING for it (including Guardiola!), "We want V.A.R! We want V.A.R!" @RichieRochdale The more important is which team will finish second bellow city? City hardest match in the remaining fixtures is probably away to Brighton.
@gen BTW, although it pains me to say it as a Blue, I think United have a good chance of finishing second. Arsenal's, er, arses have gone.
@gen Good point, Gen. From here on in, I don't see City taking their foot off the gas. I think the Prem is ours. There, I've said it in February.
@RichieRochdale I do not think this will decide the title as both teams will crack under pressure in their chase to the title.
@Marbella United fan?
@RichieRochdale I dont support any uk team but i just think Arsenal and City will drop points in this last half of the season.
@Marbella Fair comment, Marbella. Frankly, I think that Arsenal will bottle it in the Title Race and I'm all in on a City Win, tonight. @normal_fan99 Also, I would just like to point out, "Innocent until proven guilty", perhaps?
@RichieRochdale More than the mathematics, I would venture that it's the psychological effect of the result?
lets hope bald fraud tries to be "genius" again with 3-2-4-1 or 3-3-3-1 and gets beaten
Just to much value on City given both clubs form, i wouldn't be surprised if the match comes to soon for Haaland he was complaining about his knee last match before coming off. Over 2.5 goals
City Win, Over 2.5 Goals, BTTS
@RichieRochdale Tell me I'm good! Folks! ---folks?
As a Man Utd fan I would like a draw but can see city edging it.
@nickyc777 yeah it has draw written all over it

I'd love a win so so much! Come on Arsenal.
Haaland has a bad thigh injury and will most likely miss the game.
@Marbella Pep says Haaland managed to do some training today and should be in the squad.
@Marbella it is no matter because he is so week against top teams . Last thre matches he got no shots at all even not on target and only 4 contacts with ball.
@Marbella "looks as if that was more of a precautionary measure"?
City all day , Arsenal have no chance!
3-3
@FF2021 3-1 city*
1-1/2-1
